They celebrated after beating the USA, they barely celebrated when beating these weaker teams. Just to let you know, USA would of celebrated just as much if they beat Canada.

Its the Olympics. You go out there and do your best. These girls, like every other olympic athlete, work hard every day to get to where they want to get, and once they win, they celebrate. I think its a badass way to celebrate, and no one but the media were in the rink, so no kids were influenced or whatever.

Not going to share it, however, I did have a good laugh at one of the most bizarre things I’ve ever read.

Essentially, they were in private as the arena had already emptied out. However, an out-of-town reporter (friend of yours?) felt the need to contact the IOC and report what was going on. But hell, if you can find offense in some women celebrating a well-deserved gold medal in an event that comes around only once every four years, then the sombrero of shame belongs on your head, not theirs.
