Keys to the game:
Back to back games – After the hurtin’ they put on the Leafs last night, the Coyotes need to not burn themselves out in the first two frames.
This is a team they should beat – The Bluejackets for whatever reason, haven’t been executing on the ice and the Coyotes need to capitalize on it.
60 Minutes of disciplined hockey – That’s what it takes to win games this season. Plain and simple.
Game Notes:
- Shane Doan plays his 1000th game as a Coyote tonight
- Jason Labarbera gets the start tonight in goal for the Coyotes (via the Coyotes website)
Out of the lineup:
Jackets: Derek Dorsett, Rostislav Klesla
Coyotes: Kurt Sauer
Officials:
Referees: David Banfield, Kevin Pollock
Linesmen Pierre Racicot, Shane Heyer

We started this site to meet the growing demand by Coyotes fans in their need for Coyotes News. We do things a bit differently here. We don\'t provide the canned articles you would find on most other sites. We provide analysis, news, and information with a bit of attitude. EDITORIAL MISSION: We let the other guy handle the box scores and stuff like that. We fill in the gaps in coverage....and trust me there are lots of gaps in local coverage that need to be filled.
