The Game will be tape delayed on FSNAZ at 11:45 PM tonight.
No live Twitter Game analysis tonight. I may do the analysis on tape delay broadcast.
The Phoenix Coyotes, who lost a heart breaker to the Habs the other night, will face off against the Dallas Stars. The Stars are just about at 100% full strength after having players miss time on the IR for the first part of the season (a total of 42 man games were lost so far this season with Dallas injuries.
This will be a test for the Coyotes to see how they match up with a nearly equal team.
Things to watch:
Marty Turco – After laying a big fat turd last season in net, the Turco has been on fire the past 6 games with a 5-0-1 and a 1.95 GAA.
The Stars Offense – After spending the first part of the season with so many injuries their PP and PK stats may be a bit misleading.
Keys for the Coyotes:
1) Offensive Zone Play – The Team is still working on adding new dimensions to their offensive zone play and it’s starting to click. Just keep moving forward.
2) STAY OUT OF THE PENALTY BOX – ::sigh::
3) Discipline – This is the key to being successful in the NHL this year. 60 minutes. Do it.
Injuries:
Dallas: Fabian Brunnstrom, Jere Lehtinen
Coyotes: Ed Jovanovski, Zbynek Michalek, Kurt Sauer
Officials:
Referees: Dan O’Rourke and Greg Kimmerly
Linesmen: Lonnie Cameron and Pierre Racicot
